Shipping and Returns Policy

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender; in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.

Delivery Time and Fees in Lithuania

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the payment is received.

Order deliveries within Lithuania:
  • The delivery fee for orders within Lithuania:  2,59.
  • Orders may arrive generally within 2-3 business days after processing normally within Lithuania by LP Express, Omniva, via parcel terminals.
Order deliveries Worldwide:
  • We ship worldwide via Lithuanian Post using tracked delivery.The Lithuanian post delivery terms are available in Lithuanian post webpage (
  • Delivery Fee for Worldwide Orders :  5,99.
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible.


All Return notifications must be made within 14 days starting from the date of receiving the product. You must inform Us  by email: Therein, the name of the good being returned, order number and the reason for returning the good must be indicated. After confirming the information regarding the return of the good, You will be informed via E-Mail about the address of the return of the good.

The goods being returned must be in original packaging, not damaged, unused, of the same complement, which You received, having not lost its commercial appearance, having undamaged labels and unpeeled protective films.

 The goods must be returned via registered mail no later than within 7 days. You are responsible for, that the number of the registered shipment must be provided to  Us no later than 24 hours after the forwarding.

Please note that the Customer is responsible to pay the Shipping/Delivery fee when returning the product.

Seller will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.

At their own expense We undertakes to return the moneys received for the good via bank order no later than within 14 work days.

We reserve the right not to accept the goods being returned by the Customer, if the Customer does not adhere to the return of the goods procedure determined in this Chapter.
