Terms and Conditions

General provisions

Welcome to http://www.www.ambitions.lt (“Site” or “Website”).

This website is owned and operated by MB AMBITIONS LT: co.code305653474, address Partizanų g. 61-806, LT-49282 Kaunas, tel.:+37067926706.

The Online Store (the “Store”) Rules (the “Rules”) apply to the Customer placing an order at the ambitions.lt Store. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “store”, “Ambitions” and “our” refer to MB AMBITIONS LT.

The Customer must read the Store Terms and Conditions before placing an order. In all cases, the Customer shall be deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions upon finalization of the order.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers.

By accessing or using Store Services, Customer agree to these Terms and Conditions. If Customer do not agree with these Terms, Store Privacy Policy, or any other of Store policy, Customer should not use the Store Services.

Orders

The Customer may order and buy goods on the Store by one of the following methods: a) by registering on the Store and creating the Account. The Customer must provide all the data required for the registration. The Customer may log in to the Account by entering the email provided at registration and the Customer’s password; b) without registration, in which case the Customer shall provide his/her first name, last name, email address, telephone number and delivery address and any other important additional information. The Store confirms that the data provided by the Customer will be used exclusively for the purpose of sale and delivery of the goods, in compliance with the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania for the protection of personal data.

In Next step, the Customer must choose one of the available payment methods. At the same time, and the delivery method. More information about delivery methods and prices please read in our “Shipping and returns policy” page.

In the final step, all the data provided by the Customer is generated, and before confirming it, the Customer must make sure that the submitted data is correct

After the Customer confirms the order, the Store receives information about Customer order. The order shall be deemed to have been placed from the moment it is received by the Store. The contract is considered concluded from the moment when the Customer clicks the button confirming the order. However, Store undertakes to execute the order only from the moment the Store receives approval from the payment method chosen by the Customer.

Once Customer have placed order on the Store,will receive an email acknowledging the details of order. A confirmation of the order shall be sent to the Customer to the email address specified when ordering the goods.

Customer chosing one of the online payment methods, undertakes to pay for the ordered goods immediately, otherwise Store shall not be liable for any delay or delivery failure.

Store reserve the right to add or change Store payment methods at sole discretion anytime.

Pricing Policy and Guarantees policy

The Store can make changes to the price of some products. When this happens, Store will update the prices on Store website. If Customer had placed order for a product before the price change, the price will be as stated on Store website at the time when Customer had placed order.

The Customer agrees to the issue of an electronic invoice by the Store.

Guarantees policy

The pictures of the products (and packaging) on Store website are for illustrative purposes only. Store work to ensure that colors are displayed accurately but Store cannot not  guarantee that a device’s display of the colors exactly reflects those of Store products.

Should the Customer consider that the goods received are of poor quality, the Customer shall have the right to provide a request to the Store: a) replace the item of poor quality with the item of good quality; b) refund the amount paid.

If defects of the goods occur through the fault of the Customer, because the Customer does not adhere to the instructions of use or due to the natural wear-and-tear, the guarantee is not applicable. The Customer undertakes to adhere to the maintenance rules regarding the goods acquired from the Store. All of the maintenance rules are laid down on the good’s label and on the website near the description of the good.

The quality guarantee provided by the manufacturer does not limit the rights of consumers, which are determined by the statutes of law, when acquiring an ill quality good or service. By following Article 6.363 Part 8 of the Civil Code, Store note, that the Customer does not have the right to terminate the agreement, if the defect of the good is minor.

Accounts, Registrations, and Passwords

If Customer use this Site and such use requires setting up an account and/or password(s), Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Customer account and password(s) and for restricting access to your computer.

Customer agree to provide Store with current, complete, and accurate information as requested by any forms. Store is not responsible for any errors or delays in responding to any inquiry or request caused by any outdated or incorrect information provided by Customer or any technical problems beyond the control of Store.

Customer acknowledge and agree that any login, identifier, or password issued in connection with this  Store Site (each a “Password”) is confidential information and must be kept secure.

Customer may not disclose such a Password to another person or entity or permit another entity to access the Store using such a Password.

Customer must notify Store immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Customer account. 

Term and Termination

This agreement becomes effective the date that Customer first access the Store and remains effective until it is terminated consistent with its terms.

Violations of this agreement may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and denials or terminations of Client access to the Store. Such restrictions may be temporary or permanent. Upon termination, Client right to use this Store shall be revoked. All disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and rights of ownership and licenses to Store shall survive any termination.
